☆All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. I go to the post office 1-2 times per week!

☆Exhange is available for new, unworn clothing/headwear only, and must be returned in original condition with tags and no odors or stains. Buyer must pay postage to return item (AND to receive the new size product if exchange for other item). To avoid exchange or return, please measure carefully and view sizing chart. ♡♡♡ 

☆No refunds for 'change of mind'. All items are triple quality checked before being packed with love and care. ♡

☆Colours of products may appear slightly different on your screen, monitor, device, etc. We hope you love your piece when it arrives! ♡♡

☆Any items damaged in transit need to be Emailed with photographs asap, please - so I may lodge a claim with AusPost on your behalf if necessary.

☆All items shipped with tracking for peace of mind. You must please make sure the place it is being shipped to is safe and secure, (advisable to have a locked letterbox with parcel section).

If your item has been marked delivered via tracking, but has been stolen or removed after the delivery, it is strictly a police matter - which you must persue in your own time. Theft of parcels and mail is a crime, and unfortunately can be very common around Christmas and holidays.

Please make sure your place of receiving is secure and safe. If it's not, please redirect to a safer address or PO Box. We want you to receive your order more than anything! ♡♡♡
